Seems like Mina has a particular knack for witchcraft and witchery. And anything rubbery. So, it's only fitting her outfit reflects that on a holiday everyone uses as an excuse to essentially cosplay.
Her friend Mitsuki's maybe got something else in mind when the word "witch" gets used though. Can you blame her though? I mean who likes getting digested onto a shortstack's latex-clad figure every year? And every month? Or week? Hmm.
Viewers beware, you're in for a scare. Maybe.

Hooray I did a thing finally. I know I said I wanted to upload stuff more often, but I got a reason for that you'll soon see. That and, really it's a bad idea to upload images on the day of the holiday itself. 200IQ play; just upload it a day or two after it. Boom.
Was fun dressing Mina up as a rubber witch, though if I'm honest I dress her up as a rubber whatever if given half a chance. Rubber vampire, latex mummy, whatever works. Tried a little bit of wrinkle/folds as well, and maybe not a lot of them but I liked it, I wanna try some more. What I WILL say I enjoyed, was using coloured lines. It's a little finicky how I do them but it's something I really wanna try to start using more. So, onto the next holiday then eh?

Your drawing is improved at ton! I look forward to see your postings! I remember first seeing your name as writing some very well done short stories for other people's art pieces. I hope to see you keep going!
