I feel like no, it would not be like Nothing had changed for the normal inhabitants of the planet.
1 Baseline no more stars at night.
2 18 would have a beyond truely immense gravitation filed that would rend the planet assunder.
3 Based on the size of the Eath pressed up against her Vagina, NO she does not infact have space for the entire system. And were she to try the Sun would take up her entire Abdomen, and erradicate the Earth.
