This is the last episode of my background worldbuilding of the pelli universe -- We finally get to learn what's up with the mysterious, reclusive dragons in this world!

The information here probably won't be relevant to the story, but it gives some depth to the world.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is a little more sci-fi than my normal stuff, and won't intersect with the main storyline much... But  vixingirl's character Zidi is a kitsune, and this worldbuilding is relevant to her backstory :)

“ They’ve never tinkered with human minds, however -- all willingness is natural within this universe.” I kinda think what happened in Egypt would disagree with you...

How so? I meant in the sense that human willingness wasn't genetically engineered.

It seems like what happened in Egypt and in other nations like it is very unwilling indeed...and kind of an argument for why humans should despise these other races with every fiber of their being.

Humans in this universe know their place as food for anthros. There may have been some misleading going on, but nobody involved (usually) was truly unwilling.

Also, you may have misread me slightly :) I wasn’t saying that “all humans are willing” (though most are), but instead I meant that what willingness DOES exist in human populations is not genetically engineered.
