A pic I drew for my girlfriend. It came out more cartoony in style than I necessarily like, and Idfk about choosing good colors for the background, but it's cute.

Do wanna look into more complex coloring at some point... I don't know how good the program I use is for the kind of art I want to make, but I feel like I should really start figuring out at least the basics of more advanced coloring.

Or maybe I should prioritize cementing a consistent style? I'm doing somewhat better in that regard, but it's also obvious that I'm still trying to find something that works. I'd like it to be more anime, but really, as long as I can just make pics really sexy, I'm not SUPER picky.

Honestly, your coloring is well done? And you've got a lot of elements of a style here. I'd suggest nailing your style down cold, get the little perspective wobbles ironed out (really, that's the only thing, is the tiny perspective oopses) and then from there, coloring is just a matter of how detailed you wanna take it.

I can see that. Perspective is difficult to get right, especially with angular objects... Need to get myself a protractor at the very least, haha.

Not *directly*, but making it generally known that I was looking may have helped. She's a commissioner, and she seemed a little flirty when talking about the next chapter of the story she's commissioning, so I asked, and one thing led to another...
