Good ol' Dean Deborah Darwin, from D.I.G.E.S.T (Darwin Institute of Greater Education and Special Teachings).
A woman with no patience for dilly-dallying and bullshit, and also not afraid to "get her hands dirty", if y'know what i mean. That said, she puts great pride in her Institution, so while staff cuts may happen from time to time, her selection process more than ensures quality education for anyone willing to put up with the special nature of the school.
also credit to Underfleef for coming up with the name D.I.G.E.S.T. He really had a big brain moment when it happened.
