As you can probably guess, this is more my style of reading. Maybe not exactly, but your originality and proper writing make it work.
I haven't seen (read?) blood vore anywhere, unless you count vampire novels, which would qualify, wouldn't it? The difference is that BloodWraith seems to feed with his hands, not his mouth. The concept is a rare one; my only references to such would be plants that stab feeder spikes into their prey to drain out the blood but don't eat the flesh.
I'd love to see more of this, and see how he and Brit might end up getting together despite his, er, handicap...
Great writing! Good to read something by someone who can put together proper sentences.
