The Price of Hospitality By Malus -- Report

When you start out as a naked slave in a cage with nothing but an iron collar to your name, you have little to hope for but that whoever decides to buy you will see you as a worthwhile little pet and not just a plaything to be thrown away once it has been broken - or worse...
So, ending up a nobleman's cat does not seem so bad, even when your master is a proud man who expects your complete submission. It could get so much worse after all, right?
...alas, it still can when pride leads to my master deciding to brave the howling desert nights and the expectation of being deferred to to running foul of the rules of hospitality governing the otherworldly homesteads of the beings dwelling in those lands of ghosts and spirits.
And when you are nothing but a pet, you very well may still have to pay for your master's transgressions...

This story has been one of my longest so far and I do hope it will keep you all entertained from beginning to the end.^^
It has been a trade with Jeri whose work I have been a fan of for quite a long time and who has been kind enough to voice his appreciation for my writing.^^
So let us venture into the Arabian Nights and see what might happen to you if you find yourself the guest of shapeshifting Rakshasas in their mysterious desert palaces.^^

I cannot help but noticed the slave tried to follow the rules, it seems a bit unfair he was punished because his master overruled him,

Oh yes, our narrator really got treated pretty unfairly.^^ ;
...but that is what Jeri wanted, so, you can take solace that the person behind the character quite enjoyed his fate.^^
...and after all, the Rakshasa was giving him a much more fun way down to his gurgling fate. :-p

I wonder if Tiger Lord would have been willing to let the pet cat slave have some other way too pay for the unintentional transgression. Say by allowing him to work it off around his home. That seems a bit more fair then making him pay for that Royals mistakes with his life.

Hmmmh, maybe if the narrator had not been quite as tasty...^^
Though I am sure Jeri would have been disappointed not to end up in that nice, big tiger taur belly.

It certainly is not fair, but, speaking as one, that is what prey cats are for. ;-)

I won't argue that the pet cat slave had some form of enjoyment near the end. My viewpoint to this though is if it had some kind of twist to it that allows the cat to come back later on in a continuation of sorts then maybe he could have a chance to start over and find a new purpose in life. Say for instance the cat went through some kind of reformation afterwords or could stay in the belly unharmed then maybe he can work something out with that Tiger Lord to have a some kind of role in that lords home without any kind of issue.

I do have some stories playing more along that line.^^
My Last Birthday and The Lesson both have preds who do reforming after the fact (which their prey did not know about in advance).
...and Rajah, among my non-vore stories, has a feline slave in pretty much the same overall setting who ends up just finding a new, nicer master.
