Honestly, if thinking in the sense of a "sentient vagina", I'd imagine what it'd be like if the Cervix in this case, can be akin to a "throat" that's like; an 'inverse gag reflex', unless pushed/stretched. And then, the urge to 'swallow' with Unbirth, and the potential contentment if it 'digests/regresses' a victim into the ovaries. Along with the possible 'sense' of a female's biological functions, over time...

So like experiencing being a woman's vagina as she does those other things? Yes, that'd be interesting too. I've touched on some of that in Greetings from Jessica's Vagina - but the idea of experiencing unbirth from that viewpoint (rather than birth, as here) could be intriguing.

Pretty much in a lens. If anything, it could be as a sort of "awakened" hunger, from a female-to-now body part, the sentient sex is now experiencing. And unlike the woman they're part of, they'd be constantly tormented with a craving. And then feeling the pleasure/reward of 'eating', and... Not digesting, but folding, and compressing the 'meal' within themselves, if predatory/ovaries... Or, "reincarnating" them into a child, if more nurturing instead.
Bonus points, if 'viewpoint' wise, it's like they're developing a 'deeper' connection/bond to the female sex, to the point of feeling the cervix itself, the need to keep it sealed no matter what, and the feeling/fantasy of being 'full' with lots of victims, if not suppressed...

Okay, I'm actually inspired to do that. The interesting challenge will be making this "willing" for one character and somewhat "unwilling" for another. I do think that, if one was sentenced (or invited) to become a woman's sex organ, female sexuality would eventually take over their entire identity. Stay tuned.

Truth be told, in some lenses it can actually be you could have it unwilling on "any of them". Maybe the victim was unwilling on being 'stuck' as a vagina, and then the predator is unwilling to actually Unbirth a victim... Even when her sex was consumed with an idea, instinct or need to "swallow". And is coping with the regression, or "Digestion". With the possible thought of having another child... Or pulling them 'inwards'.
But by that point; a "Cervix as throat", "Womb as stomach", and "Ovaries as 'intestines' of past meals/trophies." Would be a sort of analog to go by. And well, the potential long term possibility of a victim being able to control the 'sex drive' more easily... As much as likely stuck with the empathy and instincts of their bound body. More than straight up 'thoughts'.

That said... In setting, I can probably if it were a "sequel" to this story. The fused guy, ending up merging 'deeper' into their bound body's sex, until they sense more than "just" the vagina, but the cervix, womb, ovaries... And with a possible feeling of 'regulating' them. Which, could be a bit 'beneficial' in the short term, if going under the lens of "no more periods to suffer", by hormone control. At least, until one bad thought or idea from either the sex's host, or themselves, end up leading to the 'capability' to unbirth, and the option/instinct to regress to baby, implant an egg/DNA into them whilst in womb... Or even the idea/possibility, of launching multiple eggs, for pregnancy.
