Well in the previous image you can clearly see her ovules getting impregnated, and in this one you can see that there is a specification for hoe many pups she'd be having. So yes, she is technically pregnant, but she is also full of cum. The pups have not developed at all yet since the two of them have only just had sex, her womb only holds his load of semen and 10 fertilized ovules.

I'd say it's up to the viewer what happens. Honestly i always imagine it taking place much longer after the first page. I suppose next time I'll put in a little box that says 9 months later. x3 so there's no confusion. I always imagine these endings taking place a while after they've been pregnant. I just didn't put anything to signify that.
