Great first (second) attempt.
Little thing I noticed is that some of here right shoulder isn't moving properly. (I know it's small but I couldn't help but notice.)

I think the mouvements are a little too robot-like, the velocity of her mouvements are kinda constant, having complete instant stops in her movements could be removed too. In conclusion, ot's pretty solid for a beginner's animation overall
