Prey go in, nothing comes out ; )
Psssst .... not a lamia.....and a manticore on 2 legs is not a gijinka ~
Manticore: “ It has the head of a human, the body of a lion and a tail of venomous spines similar to porcupine quills, while other depictions have it with the tail of a scorpion.”

Difference between a naga and a lamia? I've seen a lot of people say that there isn't one.

A lamia is greek and traditionally exclusively female, and can also be a proper now bc there is either only one Lamia, cursed by hera to kill and eat children, or there are many which are like boogeymen luring men to their deaths by seduction
Nagas can be completely snake with human intelligence who can shape shift into human form or are the top human bottom snake and are traditionally not gender specific
Lamia vs naga also depends on culture of origin and lamia are greek and naga are central and southeast asian typically within Hindu and Buddhist myths
Im like.... not an expert on folklore, anthropology, classics, or religion but i am picky about my characters getting miss gendered and a male manticore has nothing in common with a lamia aside from being a greek monster ~
This is probably an excessive answer im sorry @w@
