Pekora fully shocked by her recent journey into the energetic doggo Korone sits there exhausted. To exhausted to notice the neko sneaking up in the background. Before she can even react she is confused to find herself in a humid squishy room and by the time Okayu opens her mouth, Pekora is already halfway down her throat, to late to grab on to anything. Okayu can take a nice long catnap with her tummy full while Pekora tries to pound away and wake her up, not wanting to go through the same experience again.

That is the big question and is up for the viewer to decide. Did she take the long journey through, find a chance to get back out the way she came in, use that vtuber magic or Watame's respawning, who is to say. All I know is, this rabbits troubles are far from over XD.
