Rudy has the ability to inflate himself like a ballon, unfortunatly, this also measn he's a target for Jessie's chaotic pranks.
Looks as if Jessie pulled another one on him again and made him a huge beach whale.
You walk up to him, staring up at his gigantic white belly as he looks at you angerly, threatning to eat you in an instant if you don't back off.
