Once he became King of Skyvale, a few of his laws were made to single out and punish Vyxariah. Starting as refusing to accept any of her 'diverse range' of services, then preventing anyone in Meridian from giving her work, to finally banishing her from the city all together.

Given that she is a very mischievous fox, Vyxariah took the king's actions against her as a challenge, and regardless of how much of a restraining order he makes against her, or how big a stick he uses to enforce it, she is constantly breaking into his home and harassing him for the simple fun of it. He may be a king, but kitsune do not bow to flashy titles, and Vyxariah makes sure Wesley knows just how little power he has over her. Plus, it really pisses him off, which is something she finds hilarious!
