The beach patrol thought it was funny as hell when a local sea lion started using things like mannequin legs to trick people into sucking him off. They even named him "Clever Boy".
They thought it a lot less funny when they found him with a suspiciously human-shaped bulge. The result was a radio tracker collar that was replaced with a muzzle whenever he showed up at a beach.
Luckily for Clever Boy, he now had a reputation for wanting to fuck humans, which some people were fine with. On the downside, as far as he was concerned, those encounters no longer ended with a burp.
