Boom. Chao vore.
Chao are cute. Chao are squishy. Chao (probably) crave power. Chao (definitely) crave fruit. ...This Chao craved something more... lively.
This Chao I dubbed "Chloe", kind of a big sis or mom type in the Chao Garden who takes it upon herself to watch over and help take care of the younger Chao when the usual caretakers aren't around.
If you know your Chao, you've likely noticed that she's a Dark Chao. As such, despite her adorable appearance, she's got a tendency for mischief. She'll sneak up on an unsuspecting caretaker and gulp them down, trapping a few of them in her belly while she just lets out a playful giggle.

Someone's gonna count how many times I said "Chao" in this description.
I made Chloe in an online Chao "simulator" and grew attached to the design... so imagine my surprise reading IDW's Sonic comic and spot something awfully familiar in a cage: https://i.imgur.com/5gLhBxX.png
