I hate this.
Not the art or anything that is wonderful.
But I just hate that he is reduced to just being a familiar of the one that was hunting down his friends.
I dunno. Seeing the arbiters humanized after seeing things like cow chef literally cooking people alivw leaves a weird sour note on me.
Bah. I dunno what I am on about, I'll keep reading and hope you continue the good work!

The line between vore and outright horror is thin at best.

Well those were the dungeons, so Schnitzel's victims likely aren't exactly innocent people

Same man. Its just wrong after shoiwng all the horrible shit they do to the vast VAST majority of people.

I do have some similar feelings but I'm largely here to see where it goes. The frustration at the narrative kind of bending over backwards to make the wafflings seem more reasonable is something you have to accept, they are the primary perpetrators of a fetish in a fetish comic after all.
Basically, you can still reasonably think the Waffle Kingdom is evil while still having fun with the story. End of the day, there's a big sugar momma and people getting turned into telephones.

Yeah, I am sticking with it to see what happens. Just working out my thoughts.
Also, "End of the day, there's a big sugar momma and people getting turned into telephones." Is possibly the best explanation of this comic I have ever heard XD

One other thing to consider is that the Human society itself is also quite evil as well. If you check out some of the prequel material before this you’ll see the Human society is mainly in a medieval state.
Lots of witch burnings, hunting and raping children, and pretty widespread slaughter. The wafflings are bit more of sophisticated inhuman society with little qualms about mass consumption and killing of humans. But the human society is very about wide spread destruction of itself, humans, and everything else.

Nah I totally get where you're coming from, your feelings are justified.
I'm basically just too deep in at this point as well.

Why is a vore manga better than 90% of curreent anime flopping out?
Posted by AGESEater 2 years ago Report
Because 90% of anime is crap kicked out the door to make a quick buck. Real passion, skill, and zeal is what makes a project great

Crunch and workers being underpaid does hurt it alot too
Posted by AGESEater 2 years ago Report
Yeah :( its not great
Posted by ClarAya 2 years ago Report
That's because Vore manga is willing to go to levels that anime are afraid to touch, speaking on that you should check out an official Manga called Seidon No Ryuu
Posted by mofvore 2 years ago Report
Because the characters are sexier, there aren't any editorial limits, and it's catering to niche fetishes that don't get enough mainstream attention.
Posted by Fiedoraze 2 years ago Report
Just wanted to say that's an amazingly accurate and well thought out answer.

This needs to be produced into an anime. Pronto!!

Stieeeeneeeerrrrrr *ugly crying*

Now I don’t really agree with that earlier statement. It takes lots of patience and time to make Anime and those making it pour their heart into it.
From my perspective the reason this vore comic is so interesting is because of what ClarAya said. People crave to see their fantasy's brought to life and anime has to abide by strict rules and regulations. Here there are no limits!

This is so beautiful. It looks like Steiner found paradise in the strangest of places.
