Vore RPG Sketches 2 By Voulge -- Report

And so our base party is complete with a warrior and a cleric. Hopefully you can find a way to get along with them all as their leader and tactician in this hypothetical RPG.

These are really fun to do, honestly starting to wish I could actually make this game.

If you really wanna make this game, you could wait for any build of RPG Maker to go on sale, or maybe try to learn Godot.

Funnily enough, I actually got VX Ace from a bundle long ago, but I don't know if it would be best for what I have in mind.
Godot is now on my list of things to check out once I have the time.
The main reason I don't want to commit to making the game is that I have a fear of big projects, though. We'll see what happens, I guess.

Well, you know what you need better than I do, I do hope you get the chance to bring these characters to life.

What exactly does VX Ace lack that you think you need? I only have a little experience with MV.

I imagine the game being a tactical RPG with visual novel elements, very akin to the modern Fire Emblem installments, with each unit moving and attacking individually on a grid during battles, and I'm not sure if RPGMaker would support that type of gameplay style without a heavy amount of black magic script fuckery. To be fair though, I haven't really messed around with it or researched enough to be sure of anything.

Well, I did a little looking around, and it turns out, this exists:

It looks like it takes some finagling to work, but supposedly, it's really good.

Happy to help, I don't have a lot of free time but I'm willing to pitch with my limited skillset in if you need it.
