Lapis was just having wonderful sightseeing, stepping into the beach coast. She was taking a dip forward in the shallow water until some rowdy beach goers headed toward her direction.

Looks like they were in a rough swim, and then accidentally bumps her. She gets off the shore and notices an unexpected protruded big belly shown in front of her. And she does not know what just happened, inside they were on the brink of escape with lots of water filled inside her.
