I like to think that lady heroes are generally required to actually comply with these kinda requests; being a hero for everyone means giving the public what they want!
Also it's perfect that this kind of thing is absolutely in character for both of them. Someone asks for Lady Milk from her body in their drink? She's just 'alright, cool' and this is the kind of attitude we need in superheroes now
