I was thinking this was going to escalate absurdly quickly, because 2^10 =1024 so 30 days would be a billion times larger. So I was imagining having troubles fitting between doorways one month, and not fitting between stars the next. Which would be cool, but have her go from observable growth to observable universe in only 3 months.
But then I realized that diameter is the cube root of volume, so the diameter is only multiplying by a thousand per month. Which lets you keep her in only 1 universe for most of the year.

I did some quick calculations and, unless I'm mistaken, by the end of febuary they will weigh just under 184000 tons each. That's 1,3 blue whales per brest.
