I uploaded the animation in place of the original file and checked it out on my phone so hopefully that fixes it for you. Only reason I didn't do that to begin with is that my internet has been really bad today until just recently.

Originally it was between him and Gendo, but the major's nefarious smile really conveys the way I feel when planning a new scene. That, and the way he says war sounds like vore.
