This is the first entry of a small project to give you all more information about my characters. Each of my monster girls will be getting an entry of this type. I'll have to see if I can come up with something good for my human girls too.
I'll be doing these in alphabetical order, so next up is Devorah!
I actually started this project over a year ago. I posted a work in progress of a drawing of Myra back in february of last year that was meant for these journal entries. But life happened and I got distracted so the project never really went anywhere. I'm glad to be working on it again.

I love catalogue entries building up a canon like this! You can get a sense of what the world is like, how the characters could fit in it, and then imagine the spaces in-between.

I didn't know that she could turn into daisies, that would make hiding so much easier instead of just poofing into a tree!
Once this is finished, I would love to see who was writing this. Hopefully she didn't end up within one of the characters she is researching.

Each dryad can turn into one of the plants that naturally occurs in their home. It is a gift of safety from the forest.
And... Perhaps you'll get to see our little auhtor in the future! There's plenty more research to be done.
