Lmao I’m not sure what I think of this . So I have theories
1. A person teleported into her and can’t get out
2. She was compressing her belly and once she sneezed it decompressed
3. Random bs lol
4. She swallowed someone while sneezing
5. Her prey just started struggling and she forgot about them

I love idea 1, but as far as no. 3....
I was thinking that some kids were practicing magic that they had no business messing around with, and ended up teleporting inside her. Her sneezing was just coincidental.

I am not going to lie. I love IDEA 1. Where every time she sneezes, some random girl is teleported into her belly. >:) Not only is it unique, but awesome. Be bad if a group of girls who such as cheerleaders in a practice, or sleepover, all at the same time if she sneezed hard enough. ^^
