This is Latexia's body. You can see from the shine-like hints that she's a latex/rubber type of creature. And the melty bits where feet and the lower half of legs should be is to show she's not SOLID latex/rubber. Hence why she's known as a latex-slime. If you wanna see more about her, check here.
