I personally believe that Legendaries are a luxury, just like caviar. You leave enough around so that you don't impact the population, but there's no harm in the occasional indulgence~

The Fairy effectiveness and Steel not-effectiveness canceled each other out, so I feel like it took a while. Nibbles had plenty of time to wait, though, thanks to that Palkia being so big! And boy, does he look good jiggling on her butt~ ;3
