Things were going relatively fine for the young Anya Forger. Despite certain mishaps, Anya became enrolled at the elite Eden Academy after being placed on the top of the waiting list. Anya could breathe a sigh of relief that, so far, her father's plan was going swimmingly. But in order for the next part of his plan to become realized, the pink-haired girl had to befriend Damian. Damian Desmond was the second-born to the leader of the National Unity Party Donovan Desmond, Loid's current target and the entire reason Anya was adopted.

Anya had already made up her mind that she would befriend the kid, but as can be expected, Damian was an exceptionally haughty 6-year-old. Tensions between the two only became intensified when Anya tried to "smile" but only managed a smirk complete with half-closed eyes. As a result, Damian thought that she was mocking him in a condescending manner.

"Mama, you liar, smiling didn't help at all."

Damian's hostility with her began when he asked her what her father did for a living. Even though having a spy for a parent was super cool, Anya couldn't risk spilling the beans on that. But, of course, that only led to further instances of bullying from him. What he did not realize Anya's adoptive mother had been training her after Anya became concerned about the possibility of getting abducted since it was a common occurrence that kids would be kidnapped and held for ransom.

Anya was walking with her classmate Becky Blackbell, the daughter of the CEO specializing in military manufacture when Anya felt something hit the back of her head. Peering back, she saw the culprit. A rumpled-up wad of paper. And it was not hard to construe who the perpetrator was.

Damian turned his glare to act obliviously while his cronies snickered. The urge to take sweet repercussions on the boy filled Anya's thoughts, but she did not want to make her father mad which could send her back to the orphanage. She cringed at the thought. Becky turned practically situating herself in front of the younger girl to defend her.

"If you don't quit it, I'm gonna tell the teacher!"

Damian rolled his eyes unconcerned. "What? You have proof that we, did it?"

Becky snarled, clutching her fingers into tight, pale fists. She glanced at Anya to see what her reaction would be. She couldn't help but dote on the girl seeing herself as a big sister. Instead of crying, Anya instead continued to have that same false smile on her face. "Heh, as if I cared."

Becky became slayed by Anya's "matureness" but Damian was unamused. How dare that commoner humiliate him like that. Walking around a protesting Becky, Damian waltzed over with his two "friends" in tow.

"Hey, smirking pig."

Anya's head tilted making her eyes level with his. That smug aura was even more potent up close. Damian's irritations made his blood boil. Never had some commoner stood up to him in defiance like that. She had to know her place.

"I'm going to bully you to my heart's content from now on!"

His friends assisted in the vicious heckling. Their words pierced through Anya's mind stabbing deep into it like needles. Tis one of the downsides of having telepathy that being you could hear everyone's thoughts at the same time. If she were not careful, she could end up hemorrhaging.

Damian smirked at sensing that, in some capacity, his words were getting to her. Rather than just calling it a day, he had to go further. His reputation depended on it. "I'm gonna teach you a lesson so you'll never be able to smirk again!"

One of his friends interjected to contribute their own tidbit. "Her feelings doctor might be able to fix her if she cries!"

The urge to exact her revenge increased threatening to boil over. She could take these older boys bad-mouthing her, but it was another level to mock her father. For a second, fire danced in the young girl's eyes. Any observant person would take that as a cue to leave her alone, but Damian had a sickening need to completely break her. It was no longer about his status; she spurred him.

"Eh?"

Damian's rambling came to a screeching halt when he saw that Anya took her stare away from him glancing at the teacher who was tending to his students.

"Hey, where do you think you're looking? You scared?"

GLOMPH!!.

The world grew dark for Damian. A wave of hot air washed over his face. Where ever the young boy was, it was not only pitch black, but also moist. He tried to scream, but his shrieks were drowned out over a sharp, slurping sound.

It was too fast for Becky and Damian's friends to realize what had happened. The small, petite girl with the horn ornaments had her hands around the older boy's sides...her lips gliding past the back of his neck and completely submerging his stupid head. Her cheeks engorged in cartoonish fashion to accommodate for the width of her meal's cranium. Swallowing hard, Damian's screaming face imprinted underneath the skin of her neck and descended to the back of her throat.

Damian's head breached the entrance to the telepathic girl's stomach. Gaseous fumes assaulted his nostrils. He felt his stomach tie itself into a knot with him wanting to vomit then and there but it took sheer willpower for him to hold it in since it would make his dilemma more dire.

Anya collapsed on her knees due to the added weight that the boy was giving her. She crammed his arms into her maw still doing so in a quick succession. Damian tried to keep his head above the scraps of her former meal. But because of the girl's pushing, his head plopped into the thick slush with some of the scraps mixing in with his hair.

Hot, slimy drool oozed through his uniform sending a chill down his spine. She clamped her jaws down on his chest swallowing it in less than three seconds until all that was left of him were his legs. Damian grasped around for leverage but his fingers kept sliding down the smooth lining of her stomach walls.

"Someone get the teacher!" one of Damian's cronies shouted. The two were standing there petrified like a deer caught in a headlight. Somehow, this small girl was downing an entire boy without much straining.

She slurped Damian's legs in closing her lips around the top of his socks. His shoes fell to the side and Anya swallowed one final time. She licked the excess drool from around her lips and traced the bulge to her belly.

Damian was pitched into a heap with a small splat. Relieved, Anya fell on her bottom and propped her legs around her gut. Damian continued to scream, but they exited Anya's body in muffled shrieks. Bulges of his limbs and face were on full display.

"What is going on?!"

Henry Henderson, the ever-so elegant housemaster of Cecille Hall and history teacher, sprinted towards Anya and the others due to the screaming. He did not have to ask much seeing the inelegant position Anya was in. It wasn't like Anya could high-tail it out of there since the rude boy was weighing her down. Damian's head bulged out accompanied by the boy's rapid movements. He punched away at Anya's walls to tear his way out. Anya clutched her aching belly determined to keep him in there.

"Oh...oh dear."

Anya knew that she was in trouble now. She hadn't even formally entered the classes yet and she already scarfed down a classmate of hers. Not just any random classmate either: but the son of the organization Loid was keeping taps on. She was definitely heading back to the orphanage now.

She turned to Henderson with a mundane look. "I opened my mouth and he kind of walked into it."

One of the boys spoke up. "You liar! You ate him."

Anya shrugged. "Do you have any proof that I did?"

********
"She did what!?"

Loid and Yor came as soon as Henderson requested them to the meeting. Damian's fighting and punching were admirable, but, alas, he was reduced to a potbelly full of sloshing goo. Due to being underdeveloped, most of the fat hanging off her back. Loid was in total disarray. His eyes widened and stared absentmindedly at the news. His hair became unkempt with his uniform in tatters because he ripped at his uniform. His body froze in an erect, standing motion. While he was not dead, his blood temperature chilled with the growing risk his heart could stop at any moment.

Yor massaged Anya's belly to allow the digestive concoction to pass. "I shouldn't have taught Anya how to swallow whole things. At least she doesn't know that it was a standard method I would use for my missions."

Anya grimaced at her thoughts but she would rather not query much about it.

"Yes, Mr. Loid," Henderson said grimly, "your daughter had devoured Master Damian."

"What caused this?" Loid asked but he was not wanting to hear the nitty gritty of it all.

"Becky told me that Anya was being bullied; I took my eyes off her and the next thing I knew...well, you know."

"I'm sorry, Mr. Henderson," Yor remarked, "if this is a deal-breaker, then -"

"Oh, don't worry much about that, ma'am, happens all the time."

Loid broke out of his existential crisis. "This happened before?"

"Yeah, kids do this all the time either because they want to be the top of their class by taking out the competition, or because they think they are above such people. We just sent out good sums of money as compensation. Of course, they would have to agree in a written statement that they would not be holding the academy accountable."

"What the hell kind of school is this?" Loid thought. So, it is great that Anya would not be expelled as he feared, but the teachers were really so inept that they'd throw a few missing students under the bus as long as they didn't get into legal issues for it? But even then, Donovan would be devastated to know that his second-son was stewing inside the gut of an alleged 6-year-old.

"What of his father?"

"We already alerted him about the dilemma, but he at best gave a long groan about it. That's pretty much it."

Loid's lower jaw almost hit the ground. "...What?"

"Regardless, Anya had received a Tonitrus mark; do make sure that she does not receive 7 more."

"Will do, sir," Loid replied. "But wouldn't Mr. Donovan want a proper burial for his son?"

"We have orchestrated several funeral processions, but he did say something about putting...whatever is left of his son in this shoe box."

He plopped the box on his desk. "Have a good day, Forgers. Make sure Anya doesn't eat anyone else."

The rest of the occasion went as planned except for the forced half-smile Loid mustered up still clearly rattled by the turn of events. Yor had her hands over her eyes in shame while Anya looked just as confused as her father. It would be their first picture before classes were in session.

I imagine the shock was too much for Loid, his flashback arc started off much earlier.

I like how Loid's the only one reacting reasonably to the death of a child and everyone else acts like it's just a normal occurance~
