Because I've seen other people doing this and I need to keep up the illusion of activity by posting stuff. It's a Touhou tier list.

Anyway, tier explanations:

Vorebait/Canon Preds: These are characters who either have vorebait powers (Miyako, Yuuma, Momoyo), or have specific instances of actually committing or attempting vore (i.e. Utsuho and Kagerou). One-liners, teasing, and simply "being a youkai" don't count.
Kagerou's the outlier of the tier by far, but she did state she tried to eat Wakasagihime. That goes beyond the usual teasing.

Devourers: These are characters who may not have specific instances of canonically eating people, but are still very much pred-coded in my headcanon. Generally not appealing to me as prey in most cases, but these tier lists aren't absolute. (Even the Vorebait/Canon preds aren't invincible, and even the food tier can eat.) I think Kurumi is definitely the outlier here, but she does have a literal lake of blood, so there's no way she's not a glutton.

Pred Lean: Characters who don't quite radiate the pred energy as the Devourers, but still have some keen pred vibes. Can still be hot to see them as prey, though. Yuuka cutting her hair and losing the pants dropped her a tier.

Either Or: Simply put, characters who I can pretty easily imagine as pred or prey. Probably the most varied tier, since it has some generally weaker characters (Male Shingyoku, Sara, Rinnosuke) alongside some relative powerhouses (Nue, Mama Shinki).

Prey Lean: Characters that radiate some prey vibes, though I can still imagine them as preds in some non-hyper-specific scenarios. At least, they can get a leg up on the "Food" tier in most cases.

Food: Characters that radiate very strong prey vibes. Again, not saying that they cannot pred, but if you were to put one of these characters against the rest of the tier list, I'd say the food-tier character would be prey more often. Jo'on is definitely the outlier of this tier, and I'd probably bump her up to Prey Lean if I thought about this more, but the idea of her getting karmic retribution by getting mulched in a gut is hotter than her actually eating someone, so fight me.

No Vorny/Don't Care: Mostly self-explanatory. This is mostly populated by non-humanoids, alongside a couple other characters that I just do not care about enough to put in a vore scenario most of the time; and PC-98 Alice. I almost put Eternity Larva here, too.
