Here's Shizuka Marikawa from Highschool of the Dead sporting a rather large pregnant belly as she tries and navigates the infested halls of the titular highschool.

Given how ditsy she was without this extra weight, I can only imagine she'll be bouncing around all over the place as she ignores the danger around her. Pretty on point, I'd say.
