The theme today was 'play.' So I made a video game.

The pass-word is 'tasty.'
It is small and silly.
You play as one of the lizard guys. Your goal is to hunt a tourist.
It seemed fitting that the tourist is a gamer girl.
I took some graphics from another lizard game that I have been working on. In that one you play as the girl who is running away.
I pray to all gods that this works.

I am afraid that I do not know how to do that well. I have now set it to 'works on mobile' on itch.io but I do not know if the code will work.
It might be worth trying it again.

I can confirm that it does, both that it runs and that the set password still works.
It's a cute, short little game, but charming nonetheless. :)

It got annoying with how inconsistent the borders of the trees were. One tree you got to dodge behind, and the very next tree you try the same thing and game over. Also, it seems like the character is on some kind of elastic tether with the center line, and if you dodge up or down and your character would reach a limit instead of going to the edge of the screen. Nice first attempt, but annoying and almost unplayable.

This is not even close to my first attempt. But polish was limited by the time limit. It needed to be done in 1 day.
The trees are very consistent. You collide with the bottom half of them. If you think that that is too big then that is valid. But they are not inconsistent.
I do not know where you get the 'tether' thing from. The only thing that might be weird about the movement is that it has a small amount of weight..

Fun at first but it got annoying with the bees. You focus on the trees coming from the right so the bees moving up and down are distracting and easily kill u cuz u have to pay attention to both. Some of the apples u just cannot get without dying and the more you get them the faster you get which puts you more in the center and makes it even harder to avoid the trees and bees. I think the girl slowing down more and more would've been better so i don't even get to see the ending *cries*

It somewhat works on mobile, but with less of the screen you ahve a worse reaction time, and cant go all around.
