As the name might suggest, this is a parody of the laughing wolves meme, though in this case it is three of my wolf-girls. Seishin, being the friendliest of the lot, would be telling a joke to get her new companions in a good mood. In spite of Maia being based on the Big Bad Wolf, she actually has a great sense of humor. Then of course there's Zera, who being about as cheerful as a barrel full of rattlesnakes, is of course fitting as the irritated one.

That’s an awesome tri and I can see that among these, Seishin is the most likely one to be able to crack a joke. But also with such a company, I guess she wants to stay on their good side (But I’m less sure of Zera’s sense of humor, if she even have one at all!)
I really like the way you have drawn Maia, she looks as if she is on the verge of dying from laugher and having a good time doing so. One thing though, because Maia probably appear smaller on the PC screen than on the paper, I think she may have looked even better with her eyes closed while laughing.

You make a good point, I don't think Zera has ever laughed even once throughout the entire series.
And of course the company would have Seishin trying to stay on good terms, even if the best she's getting from Maia is "Hahaha! That's so funny! I'll kill you last!"
