My life in a Voraphile's Future - Page 10 - Time to read... - By TheVoreEngineer - Overview
"Look, for the moment, I think I'll try taking the English class. Can you tell me where the class is so I can get there as soon as possible?" you quickly splutter, hoping to calm down the obviously distressed clerk.
"Thanks, Mr. Geralt. You're a big help, the class should be in the library, which is down the hall a few rooms, it has a giant door entryway, so you should be able to find it with ease. Now hurry please!" you see her try not to shout, despite the much more calmed look upon her face. With the directions you are given, you run towards the library and see all the students looking at you as you run past them. You can see some of them shake their heads, while others prefer to stare and salivate, no doubt imagining what sending you to the digestive oblivion would be like. But you don't have time, you need to get to your class before anything too catastrophic occurs. You wouldn't want management breathing down your neck for the entire duration of your visit. You quickly find the library your class is meant to be in, bursting in, expecting the worst.

Yet, once you enter, it seems so quiet like nothing's going on, and you somewhat suspect the office attendant was flustered. You find the students you are meant to be teaching, sitting quietly, reading books around the lounge area of the room, without a single disruption among them. While at first, you are confused, you see no signs of any males around, which means you're probably too late, yet none of the girls have the distended stomach that usual predators have, which confuses you.
"Ah, you must be Mr. Geralt, the office lady did say you may be taking our class today" you hear, coming from one of the students you are placed in charge of teaching, with you quickly replying "That would be correct. But please call me Troy, much prefer that name"
"Ah, sorry Mr. Troy. I see you are confused why there is no fighting at the moment" she continues, and as you nod she continues further "Well, that would probably have to do with the fact that our class devours boys so quick, they've stopped putting boys in our class altogether." You are worried to hear that these young predators haven't had a meal in a while, but due to the calmness present within the room, your fear is barely prevalent.
"Fair enough. Anyway, what do I have to teach you today, what are you guys up to?" You ask nervously, with the young girl quickly replying "That's the good thing about today Mr. Troy, it's our reading day, so you don't have to do anything. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask me."

With that, the young girl scampers back to the chair she was sitting in, resuming her book, something that you are very surprised about, as you'd expect most girls just to run you down and gobble you up here, but with whoever you were just talking to, that does not seem the case at all. You ponder if you should ask more of the girl, or should you just ignore her and wait out the class...
