“Goodbye Duchess” Madame Adelaide said as she picked the mother cat up and hugged her close, knowing that she wouldn’t be seeing each other for a while. The elderly opera singer was going on holidays for the next two weeks, leaving the entire family upset as they said there goodbyes.
But one person who couldn’t be happier was the alley cat Thomas O’Malley; as a matter of fact he’d been waiting on this moment for a long time. “it’s about time that old crone left, now I can finally eat in peace.”
You see, Thomas had recently discovered that he could devour creatures whole like some sort of snake. He’d only tried it on rats and other unfortunate small creatures, never on an animal his size and certainly not on another cat. “But that’s about to change” Thomas thought with a mischievous smile, this was going to be a very eventful day.
