You walk back to the pond, expecting to find nothing, but lo and behold, the croc is there, almost as if it waited for you.
In a weird feeling moment, it looked like it winked at you.
"Sorry about that." you said to the croc as you squatted to get closer to eye level.
The croc kinda shyed away a bit, obviously disppointed. You pout a bit.
Then, you got an idea.
"Hey, do you still want to eat me? If you want, I'll give my self to you." you asked, ever so sweetly.
The croc reacted in a way that indicated interest, but distrust as well.
"Would it be better if you chose which part of me goes in first?" You ask.
The crocodile seems to approve.
