The Pokemon Story - Page 1082 - Caves are closest, let's go! - By wheeguy - Overview
You don't bother thinking a bit as you run right in, using your aura to detect anything within it, as well as the walls. You make your way through a passage leading deeper within. You can't really look behind you, because you can't really see. You can still feel her pursuing however. You feel a small crevice coming up, and quickly decide to wedge yourself completely in to conceal yourself. You couldn't help but look out the entrance to the crevice in the pitch darkness. You did not realize what a stupid mistake you have made. This is the perfect situation for the Luxray, as they see not only in the dark, but past walls to find prey. But how were you supposed to know? Nobody ever taught you that. That's when you see one glowing eye fixated on you. "Welcome to my den, little one. I've heard of delivery in the human world, but this is ridiculous..." She chuckled. You tried to wedge yourself deeper, but you're already grabbed. While grabbing you, she sends a thunder wave through you, paralyzing your body. She whisks you out of the crevice onto the cave floor. Surprisingly you hit a soft patch of hay, perfectly absorbing your fall. "Now little buddy, you're not allowed to run anymore." What was that supposed to mean? It's not like you could anyway... though what did she mean by allowed? "What... the hell do you mean?" you struggle to say. "You're my key to a longer life. As long as I keep you alive, I can use all that surprising extra energy I found in you. Stay with me, and I will assure you a long life with protection from other predators. I will not lie here, if you are near death and beyond saving, you're my dinner." "And... if I refuse...?" You question. You hear her smack her lips. "Never mind, obvious answer." Looks like you have a choice to make. You're not completely sure about the first choice. You're not ensured freedom, and lots of uncertainty. Second choice is obvious. What is your choice?
