"A what what or WHAT?" you ask.
She looks at you sternly, then hesitantly replies, "It seems you don't know... so I guess I'll have to explain. A panial is a person just like any other- who ages normally and looks perfectly normal- that is completely smooth, 'down below'." She looks you over intently before adding, "If you're one of those you need to get in my stomach immediately, for political reasons." You swallow hard, giving her a frightened look, and then she starts laughing. "You're not a panial, right? Seriously, I was just joking with you!"
She continues to laugh for a little bit, then suddenly gets serious once more. "An umbilicum is like a fetus- they can age normally, but many like to stay in one age. They can't stay outside of a womb for extended periods of time, though- they spend most of their entire life inside of a lady."
Immediately after saying this, before you even have time to react, she fires off, "So which are you?"
