Over time, your body begins to melt away inside of your older sister's gut and at the same time she's melting away inside of your mother's. The two of you both enjoy the feeling of getting digested and your mother enjoys the feeling of digesting her two kids. Hours later, her kids are nothing but an unidentifiable mess of flesh and bones... which would eventually be fully digested.
