The vines of the plant quiver in anticipation, and Tyamet promptly closes her mouth.

 

“That’s much better.” The lupine comments as he begins to lean on his staff. “Now here’s the thing miss. It thinks it’s caught something, but it’s gonna want to make sure that you are alive as it starts to feed.” Tyamet’s eyes widen but she manages to remain silent. “Now that things core is too deep for me to reach and I don’t have anything that can kill it with me at present, so you are going to have to ride out its explorations.”

 

Tyamet was wondering what he was talking about, when she felt another vine begin to rub her belly. “It’s gonna try and make you cry out miss. If you do, it gobbles you up and the only thing I can do for you is to kill you before then.” She cranes her head just enough to see a throwing knife clutched in his hands. “If you stay quiet, it’ll let you go. So you can’t make a noise no matter what.”

 

Tyamet watches as the man sits down, seeming content to wait and see what happens. At the same time the planet’s vines begin to loosen as they explore her body, their tantalizing touch moving closer to her more sensitive areas. She bites her lips and wonders if she might be able to break free now, as she’s not sure how much she can take before she makes some noise.
