The dog girl raises her hand weakly as she leans against the wall and rubs her belly. She doesn't look to good as you see she is constantly letting out a burp and covering her mouth. Almost as if she is afraid of something coughing up.
"Hey...Are you ok--" You try to ask her before it happens. The dog couldn't hold it in any longer before she lets out a massive burp and someone comes flying out. Covered in saliva, gastric juices, and other fluids you see it was a catgirl given by the tail and ears. It is your sister and she looks upset.
"Oh come on! You said you could keep me inside your stomach to be digested! I even went in last like you asked me too!" She complained.
The dog girl looks apologetic for lying but is now glad that she got your sister out of her stomach. You listen to you sister rant on and on before she says something that you couldn't ignore.

"Explain." You order her.
"Well you see... I had sex with a rabbit fur at an orgy the other day and after we went at it for like a really long time...I ate him and then fell asleep. A few days later I started feeling sick and when I took a pregnancy test...it turned positive." She explains.

"No 'But's! And if you two or anyone else inside you decide to eat her and digest her then you count on experiencing the same thing but only so painful that you want to kill yourselves." You tell the other's in your stomach to which they all say "Yes!".
"Good! If I get out of here and you all make sure that she is alive then I will swallow enough furs to stuff your bellies until they're the size of the crocodile we're in!" You offer them and they say "Yes!" very excitedly.
Well looks like this one-way trip will turn into an escape trip. You look between two exits you have. The bear's mouth or out his butt. You decide to go with the butt.
