The fountain was a special item that Catheway had. One, it was the Suicune that once came here Spewing water from an attack that looked like Hydro pump (More like Hydro vomit... ugh.) Underneath that, and lower under the sewage way was Renovin (Re-nO-veen) School, the underwater school of Catheway. You only knew 3 pokemon who attend Renovin. Ivan; a Buizel, Winston; a Dewott, and Caroline; a Vaporeon. Ivan and Winston are land dwellers, so you'd see him a lot more in Catheway, usually in Team P.A.W.
Caroline was in the Fountain floating there. She was with her brother, Daniel; a Flareon. She had another brother, a Jolteon, but he wasn't there.
