You start to stir, something sweet and warm filling your mouth. Slowly opening your eyes, you saw Clarin warmly smiling at you as you laid in the bed. Something was off though...why was she so close. Lowering your gaze, you widened your eyes as you saw one of her large breasts, now doubled in size, and up close as you were suckling on it like a baby.
Gasping, you unlatched and in your shock, found yourself falling off the rest beds in the nurse's room. Clarin gasped as you tumbled on the floor and laid there, groaning in pain.
"Ah! Sweetie, are you okay?" you heard Clarin exclaimed with an odd, concerned tone. It sounded as if she was your mother or something like that.
Ignoring her concern for the moment, you looked down and grew red in embarassment as you saw yourself fully nude. Looking around, you found yourself in the nurse's room.
"What...happened?" you asked.
Clarin was about to speak before someone else you hadn't noticed before spoke up from behind you. Turning, you widened your eyes and tried to cover yourself but failed miserably as you saw what looked to be the nurse of the school and another woman with a business suit. They were both older, yet incredibly busty women.
"Something fascinating. Can you recall what happened, young man?" the nurse asked.
You grew incredibly confused and knowing you did not want to be laying on the ground, naked in front of three females, you scurried to the same bed as Clarin and pulled the covers over your groin. You tried to ignore Clarin behind you, but found her gently touching your shoulers in comfort. What the hell was she doing?
"I apologize. I think I'm getting ahead of myself here. I'm the head nurse, Joanne and beside me here is the head of the school, Caroline. Do you understand what happened before you were unbirthed?"
Unbirthed? That's right. You were unbirthed by this assistant nurse, Clarin.
Before you could say anything, a little embarrassed. Clarin spoke up. "We had sex of course! He was wonderful by the way!"
Joanne sighed. "Clarin, as my assistant, you should act more professional. I'm really considering firing you, but for now, I only want to hear this boy."
Clarin frowned, but any sadness was quickly replaced as she giggled and hugged you. It was a bit annoying to see her so attached, but right now, it was clear something important happened. It was starting to make you feel more anxious.
"Now then, did anything special happen after you were in her womb?" the nurse questioned.
You took a deep breath. "Um...before I fell asleep, I think an umbilcal cord attached."
Joanne nodded. "Yes, yes...we had to cut that off once you were born. That's actually normal when our women unbirth. What's unusual is...well, you don't match our picture we have you in our records."
You furrowed your eyebrows. "What?"
Before the nurse could clarify, the head of the school, Caroline spoke up. "Why don't you look into the mirror in the bathroom."
She pointed to the nearby bathroom just before the nurse's desk. Pulling the covers with you as you stood up, you wobbled towards the restroom, feeling your heart beat faster. You turned on the lights of the bathroom and gasped.
You didn't know who was looking back in the mirror. You saw...some resemblance of yourself, but much of it was different. Your eyes, your hair, your nose, and lips. Staring at the person in front of you for a long time, you couldn't help but notice some aspects that looked like Clarin.
The thought grew and Clarin's behavior started to click. No...this was impossible right?
As you stared, Joanne continued. "What is unusual is for the unbirthee to undergo such a drastic change. When they are unbirthed, they do not go any DNA changes. It was different in your case. Do you know why?"
You choked a little. What did this mean? The only thing happened was...
Growing red with shame, you shakily began to detail what happened during the sex. It was so good that you had impregnated her, but rather than leaving it like that, Clarin made the sporadic decision to unbirth you.
Joanne hummed as she started to understand. "I will have to do more research, but this is a new discovery! It sounded like you definitely impregnated her, but when she unbirthed you, she replaced her potential baby with you! I bet her body was tricked into thinking you were the up and coming baby, and then started to change you!"
It sounded like Joanne was extremely interested in this developmen; however, you felt dread and horrified.
"W-what does this mean, though? I can't face my parents like this!"
Caroline clears her throat as she begins to address that issue.
