Jessica decided that in the plains there are more chances to meet representatives of the local fauna, so she flew north. An hour later she saw this plain. Jessica decided to land on the edge of this plain and then go on foot.
Soon she found a small clearing, and planted a ship. Dressing in a coat of carbon nanotubes, taking with them a small knife and a pistol just in case, Jessica went outside.
At first glance you might think that you are on Earth: ordinary green grass, ordinary trees, oaks, birches, etc.
"Can not be..."
But the scan showed that these are the most common plants studied a thousand years ago. "Well, at least you can walk without a helmet." Jessica thought. She decided to go further, and find out what is going on here...
Then something happened that simply did not fit in her head: she went out on the road. Not on a huge multi-lane highway of superconductors, but on a small dirt road that disappeared from the Earth 1 1/2 thousand years ago.
Jessica just stood and tried to understand what's what and where she is. Then she checked her implants, but they were okay, so this is not a hallucination.
