As the last of the delicious rogue curls up in your stomach, you let out a soft sigh of contentment. It's been weeks since you had a decent meal, the feeling of being so wonderfully full. Now that she realizes how much trouble she's in, the human kicks at the tight, wet stomach walls surrounding her and screams at the top of her lungs.
Unfortunately, even at a distance and muffled by your own body, the night elf picks up on the sound. She quickly readies her bow. Taking the opportunity to taunt her, your rub your swollen, struggling belly and burp loudly.
An arrow whistles past your ear close enough to nick it, causing you to yelp in surprise. Since you got what you came for, you turn tail and run, vanishing into the labyrinthine depths of the Duskwood, terrain that you know much better than any pursuer.
As you run, your belly and its new occupant bounce up and down wildly. She shrieks again once you begin running, knowing she's being carried away from any hope of rescue, and the constant bouncing is making her disoriented.
After a while, you slow to a walk to catch your breath and enjoy the pleasures of your meal. "MMMMPH!" the woman you swallowed is getting more desperate now. She kicks with all her might, but only succeeds in making you hiccup. You use one hand to give her a playful spank on the butt through the tight-stretched flesh of your gut.
All of her kicking and thrashing around has only served to stimulate her stomach, and when her skin begins to itch and burn from the acids she's splashing all over herself, she just fights harder. Letting out another satisfied belch, you lean against a tree and cradle your bulging gut with both hands. As her struggles grow weaker, you slide a hand down between your legs and stimulate yourself.
