Despite the obvious attraction visible in the scaly behemoth's eyes you can sense that approuching the dragon is not a good idea. Instead you immediatly do an about face and rush away from it's lair. Unfortunatly your decision to escape has instead persuaded the dragon to think of you as food. The wind seems to shift as he lifts high above on his huge wings and glides across the valley towards you. With only moments to spare you roll to the side and the dragon's talons only strike bare rock. As the reptile whips around for a second attack you use the opportunity to put some more ground between you.
Through this slow dance you gain distance bit by bit, but the dragon still remains close at hand. The only hope filling you is that he will either grow bored, or you will reach your homeland and your pride will be able to join the battle. As such you let out a loud roar that echos through the mountain peaks. Unfortunatly this sound also seems to spur the dragon on, he blasts foreward with renewed speed.
