She pulls out her two daggers hoping the branches are small enough to cut, the tree tries to grab her again, but she cuts some of the weaker branches off and the tree gives no sign of being in pain.
The tree did a wide sweep to force Katherine in land around the lake making her dodge in land. Katherine had second thoughts and wished she jumpped in the lake, but tree had become aware that she might do that and every attempt she tried to jump in the river, the tree would do wild swings.
Katherine could run in towards the forest and hope the tree doesnt unroot to chase or she might use one of her potion and hope it catches fire.
