You decide to camp the night off, work your way back in the morning to see things in a better light. You look around for a clearing, you know it will be a good 9 yarns before light is good.
You wander further off just to realize you’re hopelessly lost. You find a large branch and some dry brush to start making a fire. You fight the fear you will not find your way back even in the morning.
You start thinking about the goblins and monsters others use to tell of. Even if they are not real the real life monsters like wolves and snakes still nag you. Even if you get a shelter up, you think you may have trouble sleeping.
