Dr. Kelly Peterson once was a girl that wanted to be the first loli scientist. Her dream was noble but, alas, there was one setback; getting her doctorate took longer than she thought, and she grew up when she got it.
When she grew up, she lost her title as 'loli'. All the guys weren't interested in a regular scientist woman, even after Dr. Peterson tried to act like a loli.
This angered the woman to no end, she wanted to return being a loli. Thus, she used her science skills to build a machine that would make a person look young. The machine was experimental and dangerous, but she tested it on herself anyway! The machine turned out to WORK!
The transformation wasn't perfect though. The process has left permanent damage on her eye. The doctor then put an eye patch over her eye. But not just any eye patch: a pink one... with a panda bear head bedazzled on it!
The woman turned turned loli then went mad and instead of getting love from the boys, now, she wanted to rid the world of all males! With all the boys gone and with all of humanity unable to reproduce, Dr. Peterson will use her science skills to reproduce girls using science and everyone would have to hail her as a GOD!
She spent a long time building up her army and making her secret empire filled with like-minded girls (along with the promise of a lot of candy).
One thing that she demanded was to not go by her old name for it "sounded like an old person's name" and wanted to be called Glitter Bomb. Another decree she declared that anyone who mentions her true age will be killed on the spot. She insists that she is seven years old.
