The nurse starts explaining some procedure, telling you what drugs to take and in what order and a bunch of other stuff that's probably important for getting her out. Unfortunately for her, you're not really paying attention. Her voice sort of blends into the background as you marvel at your achievement. Although you would have thought that your first human prey would have a bit more trouble, but the nurse fits comfortably inside your belly. More than comfortably, in fact; it's downright pleasurable.
As your stomach gurgles slightly, you can't help but wonder why you should even consider letting the nurse out. She practically dove down your throat! Well, you did kind of help her down a little bit, but she must have known what she was getting into. It shouldn't fall to you to save her from the obvious consequences of her own actions, especially when those consequences are so good for you. You're not relinquishing your first meal.
As if sensing your decision, the nurse shifts slightly inside you. "Are you even liffening to me?"
You rub your belly thoughtfully. Maybe you should lie so that she doesn't suspect until it's too late. Then again, it does feel so satisfying to have her in you and it might feel even better if she's struggling.
