"I'll think about it," you tell her, giving your stomach a hearty slap.
Doki shouts at you, "I swear to God I'll go straight to your ass if you forget about me!" Doki squirms around, then settles again with a defeated sigh. Her surroundings begin to sizzle, making her fidget and whine. "Can you please at least get some antacid before I die in here?!"
You aren't feeling particularly hungry anymore, but you could keep eating. Though as your digestive juices begin to gurgle around Doki, you know she won't last unless you swallow some antacids. Hopefully Doki knows where to get some, or she's doomed anyway. You estimate that she will survive for about an hour, assuming you keep her air supply fresh. After that, your acids will do her in if she isn't spat out.
