"BRAAAAP!!"
The Manifestation burped, sending all ten of Amy's now blackened toe rings clattering to the ground below along with her headband and Queen Flavos' crown in a pool of putrid saliva. These bits of self-decoration were all that was left of the now-digesting hedgehog heroine and those she was supposed to save. From behind a nearby gumdrop-shaped rock, Zazz watch this scene unfold, and grinned with wicked glee. Amy had been vanquished easily, and with her out of the way, his thoughts turned to his own meal.
Stomach grumbling all the way, Zazz ran back to reconvene with the rest of the Deadly Six as fast as he could. When he arrived, he announced that Amy had been made into a meal on wheels by the very first Manifestation she had come across, before he even had the chance to have at her himself. This news was met with belly laughter from the other five monsters, and a horrified moan from Cream, who knew all too well that without Amy to save her, she was truly doomed.
"Well, that was easier than expected!" Zavok noted with a chuckle. "It's too bad we didn't get to chow down on Pinky or her royal fairy friend, but luckily for us, we do still have this rabbit pal of hers to munch on as an early dinner."
"Yeah, about that..." Zazz drawled, eying Cream hungrily in a way that made her very nervous. "I actually thought that maybe we could mess with the little thing, now that we've got her all to ourselves. Something that happened when her hedgehog mate got munched gave me a good idea."
"You? Have a good idea? Yeah right..." Zeena said, her voice dripping with sarcasm. "What is it, playing 'Spin the Bottle' to decide who gets to eat her heart?" She added, causing Cream to wince.
"Nah, I was thinking more like, 'Spin the Bunny' actually. Here, check this out!" Zazz explained, determined to prove himself. Soon after, he grabbed Cream in his black-clawed hands and began spinning her around until she cried out loud, accelerating her rotations as rapidly as he could. After about ten seconds, he abruptly put his fist down hard onto the top of Cream's head, causing her to come to a complete and sudden stop. Her light brown eyes rolled back and forth in her head and her head swam with confusion.
"Whoooaaa..." Cream groaned, stumbling about in an effort to keep her balance. Before she could regain her footing though, Zazz pushed her toward Zor, who threw her back towards Master Zik. The old master smacked Cream in the eye with his walking stick, sending her towards Zomom, who lifted her up and threw her toward Zavok. "Ahhhh!" Cream yelped, just before being slapped out of the air by the big red beast and kicked at Zeena, who bumped her back towards Zazz like a volleyball.
"Hm, I have to admit... this is fun. Guess you're not totally worthless after all." Zeena conceded with a smug grin as Zazz headed Cream off the molten rock below his feet and at Zor. "It's more like 'Keep the Bunny Up' than 'Spin the Bunny' though."
"I'll show you spinning!" Zomom cut in, swiping a fat hand at Cream just before she could be spiked into the ground by Zor, grabbing her by both ears and swinging her around vertically in big, speedy circles. In no time, Cream was a tan blur in the air around the orange monster, who laughed dumbly at her screams of disorientation.
"Make it stop!" Cream pleaded, feeling like she was going to puke.
"Okay!" Zomom replied before taking Cream around for one last swing and letting go at the highest point in the circle. Cream was thrust straight up thirty feet into the air, but was too discombobulated to orient herself and fly. All the way down, she screamed her little lungs out, but it was no use. She plummeted straight into Zomom's gullet before the blob could even taste her, then began digesting immediately.
"What the hell?! And here I thought Zazz was the idiot!" Zeena yelled, completely furious. "That was our dinner you just wasted!"
"That little rabbit was fun, but I want more!" Zomom responded, oblivious to the anger of his companions.
"How do you think we feel?" Zazz asked, completely pissed off. "All we had was some tiny Flavopian fairies earlier. They were barely filling, and we're still starving over here!"
"Calm down now, I'm sure we'll find something else to eat if we're patient." Master Zik sagely advised, with just a touch of frustration in his voice.
"Well... y'know, that Queen Flavo did mention that the hedgehog had come from a place called Mobius... maybe if we find that, we'll get to eat her chums." Zazz offered.
"That's actually a good idea. In fact, I say we wait for her friends to come looking for her. They'll come to us, and then we can interrogate them to find out where they live and gobble them all up. We'll never be hungry again!" Zavok proclaimed with devious intent in his eyes. Little did he know just how well that plan would work. Tails and Vanilla would soon come looking for Amy and Cream using the teleportation device in Tails' lab, and this would inadvertently spell doom for all of Mobius.
